Delivery Timeline: All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.
2. Return & Refund Policy

No Refunds: We enforce a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

Exchanges Only: If you face an issue with sizing or received a damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or an alternative of equal value.
3. Exchange Conditions & Window

2-Day Exchange Window: You must request an exchange within 2 days of delivery. Any requests made after this 2-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
